The Global Competence Aptitude Assessment (GCAA)® is based on the performance and development practicality of a competency model--the Global Competence Model™--and objectively measures capabilities that are collectively critical for global inclusion:
• knowledge of visible and hidden aspects of culture
• interpersonal skills that are adaptable, respectful, and inclusive
• flexible attitudes and possessing self-perspective.
Assessment and development services can be used independently or in combination, as desired.
