Since 2017, Masterpiece in Progress has partnered with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations to design high impact learning for modern workplaces. Our work centers on two core areas: developing leadership voice and elevating facilitators and learning professionals.
Our leadership development experiences focus on strengthening voice, the integration of perspective, presence, and authenticity. Perspective shapes how leaders interpret complexity. Presence determines how they show up and create impact in the moment. Authenticity aligns inner values with outward expression. These dimensions develop together. Leaders with strong voice do not simply apply skills. They embody a way of leading that builds trust, clarity, and influence.
We also equip facilitators with practical architecture for engagement. Our signature VERSE framework, Vibe, Engage, Reveal, Spin, End, provides timing based session design that shows not just what engagement techniques to use, but when to use them. Inspired by hip hop storytelling strategies and grounded in adult learning theory, VERSE strengthens credibility, connection, and retention across learning experiences.
Beyond private workshops, we believe leadership lessons should live in community and remain accessible. Through our open access Leadership Jukebox blog, available on our website, we use hip hop songs as narrative texts to spark reflection on leadership dilemmas, values conflicts, and character formation. Because development should not be gated.
