Information
Training alone has never been enough to build real capability. At PTC, we’ve long paired formal learning with roleplay and simulation to help sellers and go‑to‑market teams improve performance. What changed was the opportunity to use AI to extend those practices into areas where time, scale, or resources previously limited coverage. In this session, Aaron Kincaid shares how PTC explored AI‑powered, avatar‑driven simulations to complement existing enablement approaches, evolving early pilots into broader internal use to assess readiness across competitive positioning, objection handling, and product messaging. He’ll cover what worked, what didn’t, and where AI simulation proved most effective at filling gaps traditional methods couldn’t consistently address. Attendees will leave with a practical framework for applying AI‑based simulation within enablement programs, along with perspective on how this approach could inform future extensions to additional audiences over time.
Learning Objective 1:
Identify use cases for AI-powered roleplay and simulation to assess workforce readiness.
Learning Objective 2:
Explain how AI simulations scale practice and feedback across large enablement programs.
Learning Objective 3:
Apply a framework for integrating AI simulation into learning and enablement strategies.
