Information

Understanding the science behind emotionally connected leadership is only the beginning. The real challenge is knowing what to say and do when emotions are high, trust has been damaged, or team members become stuck in recurring patterns of conflict.

In this workshop, Lola Gershfeld, PsyD, an organizational psychologist, author of Emotional Connection, and creator of the Emotional Connection (EmC) Process, will demonstrate the practical conversation framework leaders can use to transform conflict into connection.

You will learn the EmC Reconnection Process, a structured, neuroscience- and attachment-informed approach that helps leaders move beyond problem-solving to relationship repair. Through live demonstrations, guided practice, and real workplace examples, you will discover how to help individuals and teams slow down reactive conversations, understand the emotions and unmet needs driving conflict, and create the emotional safety necessary for lasting resolution.

Whether leading one-on-one conversations, facilitating team discussions, or repairing strained workplace relationships, you will leave with a practical roadmap you can immediately use to strengthen trust, improve collaboration, and build emotionally connected, high-performing teams.
